Our Produce
We have approximately 1,200 olive trees, from which we craft exceptional PGI extra virgin olive oil without the use of fertilisers or chemical additives.
In 2019, we started an agroforestry process and are slowly turning our traditional olive trees into complex systems that produce fruit, vegetables, and oil
We use the principles of Syntropic agriculture, self-producing the plants we add each year in our system. This allows us to use fresh produce for our cuisine. We aim to become fully self-sustaining over the next few years.
We produce and sell homemade jam, extra virgin olive oil, reed diffusers and seasonings for roast meat and fish, made with our aromatic plants.
